My child complains of leg pain all the time

Children in the primary school age often complains of pain in the legs. This happens particularly before going to bed. Their routine life style is not affected. Pain is usually relieved by gentle massaging or placing hot water bottles in the affected area. They get worse usually after a busy day. Children need to be checked for Hypermobility syndrome, who might require physiotherapy and appropriate foot wear to support their foot arch.
